Within the development plan, we will be looking at a series of aims and objectives to achieve each item, designating each task to an individual to be responsible for it, when we are looking to start each item and when it will be implemented, what resources are required to achieve the goal and the extent of cost likely to be encountered, and I would ask you to consider these items when coming up with any thoughts if possible.

I am aware that one of the big ones that will be repeated across all Clubs and ourselves is the recruitment / sustainability of referee’s to matches which again we are happy to receive any ideas on, although this is something we will be discussing with the County FA next week when we meet with their Chief Executive and Development Team.

Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,

Adam.
